Based on the paragraph of the fifth Item 3 and the paragraph of third of part two of Item 10 of Article 21, of parts one and the fourth Item 6, of Item 7 of Article 35, of Items 7 and 8 of Article 42, of Item 1 of article 64 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014 "About physical culture and sport" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 125-Z

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.

to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2023 No. 418

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 963 "Questions of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on paragraphs of the third or fifth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z";

1. Approve Regulations on sports delegations (sports delegations of the Republic of Belarus) directed to the international sports and mass actions it (is applied).";
