Some questions of the organization of employment of persons with disability

According to part three of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision to public service of employment of information necessary for the organization of employment of persons with disability which is applied.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 70 "Some questions of realization of regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" and "About employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 282; 2009, No. 68, Art. 2346; 2010, No. 98, Art. 3488; 2019, No. 32, Art. 1158, No. 48, Art. 1641; 2021, No. 78, the Art. 4911) and of February 11, 2015 No. 96 "About approval of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning work" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 21, Art. 584; 2020, No. 20, Art. 763; 2021, No. 86, the Art. 5488) the enclosed changes.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
