1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 137 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings including in the basin of the river. Yew in the Transcarpathian region" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 575; 2012, No. 15, Art. 558; 2013, No. 11, Art. 421; 2014, No. 54, Art. 1448; 2018, No. 45, the Art. 1577) and of May 23, 2018 No. 401 "Some questions of use of means in the field of water resources management" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 45, Art. 1577; 2020, No. 73, the Art. 2306) the enclosed changes.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 3 Items 1, of the paragraph of the ninth subitem 1 and the paragraph of the ninth subitem 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2024.
