In recent years considerable work in the field of the higher education, science and innovations, and also in development of system of training of highly qualified personnel for real production sector is carried out.
At the same time there is need of ensuring compliance to the undertaken reforms of regulations of the acts of the legislation regulating the questions connected with activities of the executive bodies of the republic which are responsible for full and effective functioning of these spheres.
For the purpose of ensuring execution of presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2022 No. UP-269 "About Measures for Realization of Administrative Reforms of New Uzbekistan" and of January 25, 2023 No. UP-14 "About First-priority Organizational Measures for Effective Establishing Activities of Republican Executive Bodies", and also enhancement of management in the field of the higher education, science and innovations:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, the legislations providing reduction of acts in compliance with the last changes in connection with reorganization, abolition and change of organizational subordination of republican executive bodies in the field of the higher education, science and innovations.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 12, 2015 No. UP-4732 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Retraining and Advanced Training of the Leading and Pedagogical Personnel of the Highest Educational Institutions":
a) in appendix No. 1:
in the column "Name of Basic Higher Education Institution" of line item of the 10th word "Tashkent Architectural and Construction Institute" shall be replaced with words "The Tashkent architectural and construction university";

In Item 25 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 29, 2017 to "The ministry of national education, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education" shall be replaced with words No. UP-5059 "About Measures for Further Strengthening of Payment Discipline in the field of Delivery and Consumption of Electrical Energy and Natural Gas, and also to Radical Enhancement of System of Enforcement Proceeding" of the word to "The ministry of preschool and school education, the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations".
3. In appendix No. 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 27, 2018 No. UP-5490 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Subjects of Entrepreneurship":
