About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth, twenty first and twenty fourth of Article 9, of Article part four 73, of Article part two 747, of parts one and the second article 101-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 No. 1982-XII "About environmental protection", Items 2 and 4 of article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on subsoil, No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2008 No. 734 "About the state fund of data on state of environment and impacts on it":

preamble after words of "Article 9" to add with words ", parts four of Article 73 and part two of Article 74-7";

in appendix to this resolution:

"information" to exclude the word from the column "Distribution Method" of Item 2;

add appendix with Item 9 of the following content:

"9. The list of data on superficial water objects, including springs (their name (if any), classification, register number, identification (including location), belonging to the river basin, total length of water currents in kilometers, including on the territories of the Republic of Belarus, the list of inflows of the first procedure for the big rivers, output of springs)

1.4. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 11, 2022 No. 219 "About dachshunds for determination of the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment, and procedure for its calculation":

1.4.1. in Item 1:

in subitem 1.1:

in part one:

coefficient 2 – in case of production of strategic minerals (except for liquid and gaseous combustible minerals) or minerals of limited distribution without receipt of the documents which are legal basis of use of natural resources;";

in paragraph eleven to replace the word "quantities" with the word "weights";

add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

where C – the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment in Belarusian rubles;

T – the rates established in appendices 2-11, 13-15 to the resolution which approved this Provision, increased by the size of the basic size established by the legislation for date of creation of the act of damnification factual determination to the environment;

Ku – the corresponding coefficients established by the resolution which approved this Provision;

SUM Ku – the amount of the corresponding coefficients established by the resolution which approved this Provision *;

Pi – indicator:

the mass of pollutants, fuel, substances, mixes of substances, materials, waste, by-products of production, minerals, other rocks, wild animals (their embryos), mushrooms, wild-growing plants and (or) their parts respectively in tons, kilograms;

amount of minerals, other rocks, the compressed gas, wood juice respectively in cubic meters, thousands of cubic meters, liters;

acreage (including soils), sites of flower beds, lawns, other grass cover respectively in square meters, hectares;

quantities of animals (their embryos), trees, bushes, saplings, seedlings in copies.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
