1. Reorganize public institution "Construction management" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic by transformation to the state company "Construction Management" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Construction Management" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
3. Determine that the state company "Construction Management" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of public institution "Construction management" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following change:
in the Regulations on the state companies approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add appendix No. 1 to the above-stated Provision with Item 17 of the following content:
"17. State company "Construction Management" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to approve the transfer act;
2) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;
