For the purpose of the organization of timely and effective work for protection of the population and the territories from the emergency situations connected with the landslide, flood, mudstone and snegolavinny phenomena and also operational liquidation of their possible effects:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for the organization of works on the prevention and mitigation of consequences of the emergency situations connected with the dangerous hydrometeorological and geological phenomena according to appendix No. 1;

structure of Government commission on providing the safe omission of flood waters and mud streams, decrease in threats of the snegolavinny and landslide phenomena (further - the Government antiflood commission) according to appendix No. 2.

Assign organizational technical supply of work of the Government antiflood commission to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Sh. Mirziyoyev):

annually till March 1 according to the approved Provision to provide in the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the report on the carried-out work on protection of the population and the territories from the emergency situations connected with the flood, mudstone, snegolavinny and landslide phenomena and readiness of the available forces and means for liquidation of their possible effects;
