About licensing of activities for restoration of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments)

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of activities for restoration of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments).

2. To the Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation to submit in accordance with the established procedure within 2-month term the draft decision of the Government of the Russian Federation about approval of essential terms of the contract of civil responsibility insurance of the license applicant or licensee in the presence of which the simplified procedure for licensing of activities for restoration of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) can be applied.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2003 of N96 "About Approval of the Regulations on Licensing of Activities for Restoration of Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 7, the Art. 657).
