About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning preparation and certification of job seekers of scientific degrees

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning preparation and certification of job seekers of scientific degrees the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 Items 1, of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2024.

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 261 "About approval of the Procedure for training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in institutions of higher education (scientific institutions)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 29, Art. 1164; 2019, No. 30, Art. 1061):
Item 2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. Determine that the training of candidates and doctors of science begun till September 1, 2016 is performed by institutions of higher education and scientific institutions according to the legislation existing before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of July 1, 2014 with No. 1556-VII "About the higher education".";
