About requirements to the navigation seals applied when transporting goods on the territories of two and more state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 1 of article 6 of the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 and Item 165 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that the navigation seals applied to tracking of transportations on the territories of two and more state members of the Eurasian Economic Union shall conform to requirements according to appendix.

2. Determine that within 3 years from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force when tracking transportations of goods on the territories of two and more state members of the Eurasian Economic Union application of the navigation seals made in the third countries on condition of their compliance to provisions of Items 1 - 5, 7, 10 and 14 requirements provided by appendix to this Decision is allowed.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
