1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for ensuring subjects of managing by forms of the registration certificate of the vehicle and registration plates approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 19, 2021 No. 297, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 11, 2021 at No. 616/36238, of enclosed.

2. (Rudik M.) to provide to the main service center Ministry of Internal Affairs in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
