Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 74, Art. 2105; 2019, No. 86, the Art. 2898) and of June 24, 2016 No. 394 "About approval of the Regulations on the minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 52, the Art. 1839) the enclosed changes.

1. To add the Section II and Item 1 of the Section III of the scheme of the direction and coordination of activities of the central executive bodies by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the corresponding cabinet ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442, with paragraphs of the following content:
"The national commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service
The national commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities".
2. To add the subitem 3 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 394 after the paragraph of third with new paragraphs of the following content:
