No. 13-21, 81), the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. In the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 446/2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 292, of the Art. 1348), to make the following changes:

1) In Item 8:

the formula will have the following content:

IPC(Sem) - consumer price index in the Republic of Moldova for the last 6 months, published by National bureau of statistics in day of approval of specific trade margin, but which cannot exceed annual 110%.
