About measures for implementation of the advanced digital technologies to the sphere of agricultural industry

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2023 No. PP-113 "About additional measures for expansion and support of production and conversion of agricultural products in 2023", effective use of land and water resources by widespread introduction of the advanced digital technologies to the sphere of agricultural industry, and also implementation of interdepartmental information systems of monitoring of condition of crops:

1. Establish procedure according to which:

a) since September 1, 2023 the information system "Agroplatforma" (further - IS of Agroplatform) on digitalization of processes of allocation of soft credits on cultivation of cotton, grain grains, vegetables and fruit, and also to rendering services to producers of agricultural products by the principle of transparency takes root into structure of the Single integration platform "Digital Agricultural Industry". At the same time:

the unified register of producers of products takes root, the electronic passport is created and identification number is assigned to each land user, till March 15 of each calendar year data of producers of products are updated;

proposals of producers of products on rational placement of crops for harvest of next year are displayed on the electronic card and affirm;

document flow between the subjects who are engaged in cultivation of agricultural products, and servicing them subjects is transferred to electronic form;
