1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of January 16, 2017 No. 43 "About approval of form of the certificate of stay on accounting in the Unified state automated register of persons having the right to privileges, and instructions for its filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 09, 2017 at No. 192/30060.
2. To management of targeted social support of the population and development of social inspection (Matviychuk B. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Marchakd. M.
