About procedure for exchange of information about the measures taken in course of carriage and the forms of control between monitoring bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the goods (products) transported on the territories of state members using navigation seals

According to the paragraph the seventh item 4 of article 2 of the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for exchange of information about the measures taken in course of carriage and the forms of control between monitoring bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the goods (products) transported on the territories of state members using navigation seals.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
