About some questions of application of navigation seals

According to the subitem 3 of Item 2 of Article 3 and the paragraph the second Item 1 of article 8 of the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 and Items 46 and 47 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for making of transactions on imposing (removal) of navigation seals on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union;

Procedure for transfer, document storage (data) and destruction (deleting) of information which is written down earlier for tracking of specific transportation.

2. Determine that:

a) persons responsible for providing subject to tracking with necessary quantity of navigation seals, customers (consumers) of services in tracking of transportation using navigation seals (the sender, the freight forwarder, carrier, the receiver) are;

b) places of imposing (removal) of navigation seals on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union are:

in case of customs procedure of customs transit - customs control zones;

in case of customs procedure of export - customs control zones, the territories of the sender or other places if such places are determined by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members);
