About some questions of state-owned property

According to Item 3 of Article 152 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The state institute of work on inspection of lands" of the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company and republican public institutions according to appendix to this resolution;

2) the main object of activity of the company the accounting of quality of lands including their economic evaluation and conducting monitoring of lands, carrying out soil, geobotanical, agrochemical inspections and bonitation of soils.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;

2) state registration of the company in registering bodies;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendment:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
