ESD created in federal state information system of forest complex of the Russian Federation by the branch of the export and production republican unitary enterprise "BELLESEKSPORT" (further - BELLESEKSPORT Unitary Enterprise) accredited in the territory of the Russian Federation based on provided by the legal entities created according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus with the location in the Republic of Belarus and the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - residents of the Republic of Belarus), the data necessary for the statement ESD, is signed remotely by representatives of branch BELLESEKSPORT Unitary Enterprise the digital signature;

2.2. as confirmation of signing of ESD the BELLESEKSPORT Unitary Enterprise branch sends in day of the statement ESD to resident of the Republic of Belarus by e-mail or the different way specified in the civil agreement signed BELLESEKSPORT Unitary Enterprise with resident of the Republic of Belarus, the identification number ESD and special QR code created in federal state information system of forest complex of the Russian Federation based on the information necessary for the statement ESD provided by resident of the Republic of Belarus.
