About the three hundred seventh release of the government bonds nominated in foreign currency

1. Make the three hundred seventh release of the registered government bonds nominated in foreign currency (further - bonds), on August 24, 2023.
2. Set key parameters of bond issue:
identification number - MF-LB-CNY-0307;
release amount - opened (it is established by the Ministry of Finance after holding the auction);
nominal value of one bond - 1000 (one thousand) Chinese yuans;
currency of nominal value - the Chinese yuan;
circulation period of bonds - 1827 days;
date of placement (the beginning of placement) of bonds - on August 24, 2022;
repayment date of bonds - on August 24, 2028;
the placement method - placement of bonds is performed in trade system of Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange open joint stock company by open sale at auctions and (or) open sale without holding the auction during the term of their address;
income type - permanent interest income;
the rate of interest income - is established for all circulation period of bonds during the auction;
payment of interest income is performed during circulation period of bonds annually on February 24 and on August 24. Payment of interest income for the last percentage period is performed in repayment date of bonds.
The early bond buyback is performed at the initiative of owners or at the initiative of the Ministry of Finance with the consent of owners based on the decision on early bond buyback.
