1. Approve the Standard agreement about interaction of suppliers of electronic communication networks and/or services with the National center of operating-technical management of electronic communication networks of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To provide to development department of electronic communications of administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
