According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in Criterion of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for the industries of national economy approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of February 17, 2023 No. 952, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 03, 2023 at No. 396/39452, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of economy of safety and defense in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
