According to part twelve of Article 249-1 of Chapter 39 of the Section VIII of the Customs code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Features of accomplishment of customs formalities in case of simplification application "the procedure of release on the location" which are applied.

2. Approve the enclosed Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

3. Determine that are not applied to the objects of the companies which received authorization on simplification application "the procedure of release on the location", "the status of the authorized consignor" or "the status of the authorized consignee" provisions of subitems 1.2-1.9 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 646 "About delivery locations of goods vehicles", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 25, 2012 at No. 1052/21364.

4. To provide to the State Customs Service of Ukraine technical capability of implementation of requirements of this order.

5. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
