1. Approve the extreme amount of the payments levied for the additional actions of legal and technical nature made by notaries according to appendix.

2. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulatory legal acts to enter the corresponding record in the State register of departmental regulatory legal acts.

3. To management of the analysis and systematization of the legislation to provide publication of this departmental regulatory legal act in "Ўзбекистон to Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of t¸plama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also in the National database of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister A. Tashkulov.
