About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About return to the state of illegally acquired assets"

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About return to the state of illegally acquired assets" and according to the subitem 3) of Item 2 of article 17-1 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:

1. Form republican public institution "Committee on return of assets of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee).

2. Approve enclosed:

1) No. 1125 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 17.12.2025

2) changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the interested state bodies in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this Decree.

4. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 2022 No. 908 "About the interdepartmental commission on questions of counteraction of illegal concentration of economic resources".

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
