I ORDER:

1. Approve the price list of rates for the paid state services rendered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Price list) based on the provided materials till September 1, 2024, according to appendix.

2. To assign responsibility for completeness and reliability of the provided materials to management of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- approve the Price list in accordance with the established procedure and provide to Service of anti-monopoly regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- place the Price list in the state and official languages on the place, visible to consumers.

4. The price list becomes effective from the date of its approval.

5. To management of regulated spheres (Kokosherov):

- the first copy in the state and official languages of this order to transfer on storage in department human resources managements, documentary providing and state language;
