According to the paragraph of item 4 of article 7 of the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 and being guided the fourth by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 29, 2023 No. 81 "About the scope of information from electronic documents and (or) data from documents which the navigation seal for tracking of specific transportation shall contain", the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Approve the enclosed structures and formats of the following data from electronic documents and (or) data from documents which the navigation seal for tracking of specific transportation shall contain:
data from the invoice (invoice);
data from transport (transportation) documents;
data from the registration certificate of the vehicle (the tractor, trail car);
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

1. This document determines structure and format of data from the conclusions (allowing documents) for import, export and transit of the separate goods included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries, the prohibitions and restrictions according to Article 7 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union which are subject to placement in navigation seal for tracking of specific transportation confirming observance are applied (further - data from the conclusion (the allowing document)).
2. The concepts used hereunder are applied in the values defined by the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The reducings used hereunder mean the following:
"XML" - the extensible markup language recommended by Consortium of the World wide web (W3C);
"state member" - the state which is the member of the Eurasian Economic Union;
"Union" - the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. Data are created of the conclusion (the allowing document) according to the structure determined by the this document in XML format taking into account requirements of the following standards:
"Extensible Markup Language (XML) 1.0 (Fifth Edition)" - is published on the Internet (further - the Internet) to the address: https://www.w3.org/TR/xml/;
"Namespaces in XML (Third Edition)" - is published on the Internet to the address: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml-names;
"XML Schema Part 1: Structures" and "XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes" - are published on the Internet to addresses: http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-1/ and http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/.
4. The structure of data from the conclusion (the allowing document) is developed on the basis of use of model of data of the Union (further respectively - structure and model of data) and is described in tabular form with indication of:
a) general information about structure;
b) the imported namespaces (namespaces which possess the objects of model of data used in case of development of structure);
c) rekvizitny structure of structure (taking into account hierarchy levels up to simple (atomic) details);
d) data on objects of model of data of basic level and level of subject domain "Customs and tariff and non-tariff regulation":
about basic types of the data used in structure;
about general simple types of the data used in structure;
about applied simple types of the data of subject domain "Customs and tariff and non-tariff regulation" used in structure;
e) descriptions of filling of separate details of structure.

7. The Rekvizitny structure of structure is brought in table 3.
In the table the following fields (graphs) are created:
"detail name" - the settled or official verbal designation of detail with indication of hierarchical number of detail;
"the description of detail" - the text explaining sense (semantics) of detail;
"identifier" - the identifier of the element of the data this in model corresponding to detail;
"type of data" - the identifier of the type of the data this in model corresponding to detail;
"¼¡". - plurality of details: obligation (optionality) and number of possible repeatings of detail.
For specifying of plurality of details of structure the following designations are used:
1 - the detail is obligatory, repeatings are not allowed;
N - the detail is obligatory, shall repeat N times (n> 1);
1.* - the detail is obligatory, can repeat without restrictions;
n.* - the detail is obligatory, at least n of times (n> 1) shall repeat;
n. m - the detail is obligatory, at least n of times of no more m of times (n> 1, of m> n shall repeat);
0. 1 - props are optional, repeatings are not allowed;
0.* - the props are optional, can repeat without restrictions;
