For the purpose of improvement of quality of the provided medical care and achievement of results of organization activity of health care through rational use of manpower of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 30, 2022 No. 182 the following changes:
Appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution to state 1) in edition according to appendix;
2) in the Regulations on compensation of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the paragraph the fifth the subitem 1, the subitem 3 of Item 5 to recognize invalid;
- Items 11, 12 to recognize invalid;
- add with Items 17-1 and 17-2 of the following content:
"17-1. Compensation of doctors in case of the challenge in the organization requiring urgent medical intervention (urgentny watch) is made from the established hourly official pay rate taking into account compensation payments for night and festive time in the specialty in actually fulfilled hours.
