About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning registration of insurance and reinsurance brokers and conditions of implementation of intermediary activities in the field of insurance

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Item 5 of the Section XV of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine of procedure of intermediary activities in the field of insurance the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 30, 2022 No. 135 "About approval of the Regulations on registration of insurance and reinsurance brokers and condition of implementation of intermediary activities in the field of insurance and about modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" the following changes:

1) in item 4:

in subitem 1 of the word "from the date of entry into force of this resolution, but no later than one month from the date of termination/cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till October 30, 2023";
