About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 30, 2022 No. 135 "About approval of the Regulations on registration of insurance and reinsurance brokers and condition of implementation of intermediary activities in the field of insurance and about modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine";
2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 05, 2023 No. 109 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning registration of insurance and reinsurance brokers and conditions of implementation of intermediary activities in the field of insurance";
3) the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 200 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of administrative production, general requirements to documents and procedure for their submission to the National Bank of Ukraine within separate procedures and modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine";
4) the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 28, 2024 No. 77 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine".
