About approval of the Regulations on measures for advance subsidizing and special conditions of the acceptability of advance subsidizing from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone and about recognition voided some regulations

Based on Items c) and d) article 12 of the Law No. 71/2023 on subsidizing of agricultural industry in the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 134-137, 209) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on measures for advance subsidizing and special conditions of the acceptability of advance subsidizing from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone it (is applied).

2. To assign accomplishment of this resolution to intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry.

3. To intervention and payments agency in the field of agricultural industry based on article 14 of the Law No. 71/2023 on subsidizing of agricultural industry in the rural zone to develop and approve internal procedures of accomplishment of this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the Order of the Government No. 507/2018 about approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of advance subsidies for startapovsky projects from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 176-180, 558), with subsequent changes;

2) the Order of the Government No. 476/2019 about approval of Regulations about provision of subsidies for improvement of level of living and work in the rural zone from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 328, the Art. 753), with subsequent changes.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
