About modification of some regulations (release of labor unions and employers from introduction of payment for state registration)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 10 of the Trade union act No. 1129/2000 (2000, Art. No. 130-132, 919), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (7) the following content:
"(7) Labor unions are exempted from introduction of payment for state registration.".
Art. II. - In article 17 of the Law on patronages No. 976/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 141-143, 1013), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
Item f) parts (to declare 3) invalid;
add Article with part (3-1) following of content:
"3-1) Patronages are exempted from introduction of payment for state registration.".
