About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, ORDER to No.:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further - Changes) which are attached

2. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov M.) to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.

3. To management of justice and punitive justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except the subitem 2 Items of 1 changes approved by this order which becomes effective at the same time with entry into force by paragraphs by the fourth - the seventh Item 8 of the Section I and the paragraph the fourth Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of May 30, 2023 No. 3137-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning optimization of activities of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, enhancement of management of state-owned property and increase in efficiency of sanctions policy".

Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. In the Section I of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 2, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5):

Item 1 to add 1) with new paragraphs of the following content:

"The department is created, renamed, will be reorganized and liquidated by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

The territorial jurisdiction of Department is determined by the chief of interregional justice department by representation of the head of department.";
