About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of the relations in the field of sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2024 and extends the action to the relations which arose from the date of its entry into force.
