According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, of 67, of 67-1 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of regulatory and supervising functions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 04, 2018 No. 50 (with the enclosed changes).

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. To state the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Section I in the following edition:

"3) request - the electronic document constituted by bank or physical person for receipt of information from the Credit register;".

2. The fourth Item 13 of the Section III to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The National Bank provides to bank information specified in Sections I-V of appendix 3 to this Provision.".

3. To exclude the subitem 3 of Item 17 of the Section IV.
