About approval of the Instruction about implementation of customs control over movement of the electric power through customs border of Ukraine
In pursuance of Articles 148, 187 Customs codes of Ukraine and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.12.2003 No. 1909 "About customs control and customs clearance of the electric power moved through customs border of Ukraine" and for the purpose of protection of economic interests of Ukraine, enhancements of the mechanism of customs control over movement of the electric power through customs border of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about implementation of customs control over movement of the electric power through customs border of Ukraine (further the Instruction) it (is applied).
2. To department of declaring and customs regimes (Naumenko V. P.) and Legal department (Not brother L.M.) State Customs Services of Ukraine to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine and Mintoplivenergo of Ukraine of 12.07.2002 No. 371/413 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of customs control over movement of the electric power through customs border of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.07.2002 for No. 612/6900.
