ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF SOCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE

About recognition No. 871 which voided the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of August 9, 2016

According to the Law of Ukraine of November 2, 2021 to No. 1848-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" concerning reduction in compliance with some legal acts of Ukraine", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of August 9, 2016 No. 871 "Some questions of acquisition of technical and other means of rehabilitation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 2, 2016 at No. 1211/29341.

2. To management concerning overcoming difficult vital circumstances (Sakuta M. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tanasishin N. D.
