Some questions of acquisition of technical and other means of rehabilitation

According to the Law of Ukraine of November 18, 2011 to No. 4064-VI "About introduction of amendments to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" concerning providing disabled people with the technical and other means of rehabilitation made by the individual order" both by Item 5 of the Procedure for providing with technical and other means of rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 05, 2012 No. 321 (with changes), I order:

1. Approve Qualification requirements to the companies of all patterns of ownership - candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation who are applied.

2. Approve Regulations on Commission of experts of Minsotspolitiki of Ukraine on establishment of compliance to qualification requirements of the companies of all patterns of ownership - candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation, procedure for its work which is applied.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 215 "Some questions of acquisition of technical and other means of rehabilitation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 14, 2012 for No. 961/21273.
