According to Item of 1 part two and part five of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine", Item 9 of general requirements to cyberprotection of the objects of critical infrastructure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 19, 2019 No. 518, of subitem 95-7 of item 4 and Item 10 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of ensuring normative and legal settlement of functioning of system of secure access of state bodies to the Internet I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on system of secure access of state bodies to the Internet which are applied.

2. To provide to department of cyberprotection of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
