1. Declare invalid the order of Public tourist administration of Ukraine of September 24, 2004 No. 83 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to the right of implementation of tourist maintenance to specialists of tourist maintenance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2004 at No. 1344/9943.

2. To department of road and air transportation, tourism development and to ensure safety on transport submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
