In pursuance of requirements of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About tourism" (in edition of the Law of Ukraine of 18.11.2003 N1282-IV for the purpose of further development of the activities connected with provision of services of tourist maintenance
I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to the right of implementation of tourist maintenance to specialists of tourist maintenance, Qualification requirements to guides and Qualification requirements to guide-interpreters.
2. To department of development of tourist activities (Turitsyna O. F.), to management of licensing and control of tourist activities (Lapko N. S.), management of financial and social and economic activities (Gram O. A.), to department of clerical work and control (the Orphan V. I.) provide carrying out necessary organizing work on finishing and explanation of regulations of the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to the right of implementation of tourist maintenance to specialists of tourist maintenance to the Ministry of resorts and tourism of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning tourism of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations.
