1. The rules of military preparation according to the program of reserve officers approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of military education and science of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of military preparation according to programs of reserve officers and sergeants of inventory

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of military preparation (further – Rules) determine procedure for military preparation of the military trained reserve by programs of reserve officers and sergeants of inventory.

2. Military training of citizens for military service according to the program of reserve officers is performed on military specialties on the basis of a got higher education, for the purpose of forming of the military trained reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also additional completing of primary positions of officers of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – AF of RK).

Military training of citizens for military service according to the program of sergeants of inventory is performed on military specialties for the purpose of forming of the military trained reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also additional completing of positions of sergeant structure of AF of RK.

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) information and image work – organization of events on increase in image of AF of RK, prestige of military profession;

2) the program of military preparation – complex of the planning documents on each military specialty on the basis of which training of citizens for military service according to programs of officers and sergeants of inventory is performed;

3) progress GPA on military preparation – the weighted average assessment of the student for the period training at military department;

4) the educational material resources of military department (further - UMB) are complex of the material and technical means, buildings and constructions providing training of reserve officers and sergeants of inventory from among students on the established specialties. UMB of military department shall provide high-quality holding all occupations provided by curricula and programs, complete assimilation by students of the studied material, acquisition by them of command, methodical, practical skills and competences;

5) method of "military day" – time allowed by the head of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education (further – OVPO) for the organization of military preparation according to daily routine of military department;
