The size allocated to subsidy for 1 (one) cubic meter (further – the m 3) of the delivered water is established differentially, in percentage terms from the rates approved according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About natural monopolies" (further – the Law on natural monopolies), for SHTP (uslugopoluchatel) the relevant territorial department of Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the sizes of subsidies for 1 (one) m3 of the acquired irrigation water specified in Item 10 of these rules.
