1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made

1. In the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2011 No. 614 "About approval of the Method of calculation of rates for rendering services in transportation of passengers and baggage along regular routes" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7297):

in the Method of calculation of rates for rendering services in the transportation of passengers and baggage along regular routes approved by the specified order:

In the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 348 "About approval of the Standard agreement of the organization of regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11002):

in the Standard agreement of the organization of regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage approved by the specified order:

1) of Item 8 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) low regularity of route (less than seventy percent within thirty calendar days), except as specified, stipulated in Item 8-2 this Agreements;";

add with Item 8-2 of the following content:

"8-2. In case of amount of subsidizing of socially important route more than seventy percent from the total amount of requirement of subsidizing of this route in month, the route regularity within thirty calendar days is equal to the actual percent of subsidizing from the total amount of requirement of subsidizing of this route in month.

In case of non-execution of requirements of part one of this Item and (or) the subitem 1) of Item 8 of this Agreement by the Carrier servicing socially important route, this Agreement is terminated judicially.".

3. In the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 349 "About approval of Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11550):

in the Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport approved by the specified order:

state Item 183-1 in the following edition:

"183-1. If Tender is declared valid not, repeated Competition is held no later than 10 working days from the date of recognition by its cancelled.";

4) of Item 196 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) low regularity of route (less than seventy percent within thirty calendar days), except as specified, stipulated in Item 196-1 these rules;";

add with Item 196-1 of the following content:

"196-1. In case of amount of subsidizing of socially important route more than seventy percent from the total amount of requirement of subsidizing of this route in month, the route regularity within thirty calendar days is equal to the actual percent of subsidizing from the total amount of requirement of subsidizing of this route in month.

In the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2015 No. 883 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds of losses of the carriers connected with implementation of socially important transportations of passengers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12353):

The rules of subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds of losses of the carriers connected with implementation of socially important transportations of passengers approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this list.
