1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 6, 2021 No. 558 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2021 No. 137" the following changes:
from word preamble", No. 426-Z "About use of atomic energy" to exclude parts three of article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 30, 2008;
the fourth Item 1 to exclude the paragraph;
in Regulations on procedure of control over the implementation by licensees of the legislation on the licensing, licensed requirements and conditions of implementation of activities in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation, including special licensed requirements and conditions approved by this resolution:
in Item 1 to replace the word of "eighth" with the word of "ninth";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Licensed control is exercised by Department on nuclear and radiation safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (further - Gosatomnadzor).
