About modification and the amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to simplification of provision of the state services, reducing bureaucratic barriers and development of national system of rendering the state services

In the country system actions in the field of improvement of quality of provision to the population of the state services due to reducing and simplification of excessive requirements and procedures are performed.

Along with it, the low level of use of electronic state services, limitation of possibility of use of services via the mobile phone, mutual discrepancy of some regulatory legal acts regulating processes of rendering services remain urgent problems.

For the purpose of increase in level of satisfaction of citizens with system of the state services by means of increase in weight of the state services used electronically, simplifications of procedure for rendering the state services, decrease in payments on separate categories of services and also ensuring mutual compliance of acts of the legislation the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 2022 No. UP-113 "About Additional Measures for Simplification of Provision of the State Services, Reducing Bureaucratic Barriers and Development of National System of Rendering the State Services" to make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

cancellation of the requirement about need of use of the digital signature when using of the separate state services rendered through the Single portal of interactive state services;

release of persons registered in the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection" and their children, and also the youth included in "Youth notebook" from payment of the payments levied for participation in the introductory tests which are carried out in case of acceptance for study to the highest educational institutions;

establishment of identification of person via the mobile phone (Mobile-ID) as alternative means of identification of physical persons for use of the state services;

exception of the excessive requirements imposed to availability of unnecessary documents, material means and employees of physical persons and legal entities when rendering the corresponding state services;

reduction in compliance of the legislation regulating process of registration of legal entities.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the minister of development of information technologies and communications Shermatov Sh. H. and Minister of Justice Davletov R. K.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 2 of the note of the Procedure for cost determination of the state services in the field of the state inventory on real estate units approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 2014 No. 186 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 71):

add the subitem "a" with the paragraph of the following content:
