Based on article 60 of the Vienna convention on the right of international treaties of May 23, 1969, article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About international treaties of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 421-Z
1. Terminate the Agreement between Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Pension fund of Ukraine on mutual transfer and pension payment signed in Kiev on June 12, 1997 (further - the Agreement).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 14, 1997 No. 478 "About agreement signature between Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Pension fund of Ukraine about mutual transfer and pension payment".
3. Send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the termination letter of operation of the Agreement.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1 and 2 - since December 23, 2023;
other provisions of this resolution - from the date of its acceptance.
