About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 29, 2022 No. 681 "About some questions of implementation of the international motor transportations of loads" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 40, Art. 6844; 2023, No. 27, Art. 5045).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since December 31, 2023.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728

1. In item 4 of the word "also is effective till December 30, 2023." shall be replaced with words "and is effective until elimination of the circumstances which formed the basis for introduction of prohibition, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.".

2. In the conditions of implementation of the international motor transportations of loads in case of which observance the prohibition is not applied, the stipulated in Item 1 order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728, approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 3:

in paragraph six of the word "in the Republic of Byelorussia" shall be replaced with words "in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the states members of EEU)";
