About modification of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2023 No. 211 "About creation of the special economic zone "G4 City" and of December 6, 2023 No. 1087 "About approval of the Comprehensive plan of social and economic development of the city Konayev of Almaty region for 2023 - 2027"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2023 No. 211 "About creation of the special economic zone "G4 City":

state heading in the following edition:

"About creation of the special economic zone "Alatau";

state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

"1. Create the special economic zone "Alatau" (further - SEZ "Alatau") for the period till 2048.

2. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on SEZ "Alatau";

2) SEZ "Alatau" target indicators.";

To be reworded as follows the regulations on the special economic zone "G4 City" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution;
