2) the procedure for provision of data from AIS GGK is performed according to Rules of maintaining and submission of information and (or) data from the state town-planning inventory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 244);

3) information layers are determined according to the approved Regulating document by maintaining the state town-planning inventory (the order of the Chairman KDSZHKH MIIR RK of November 2, 2022 No. 201-HK);

4) provision of information and access to layers of AIS GGK is performed in compliance by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state secrets".

1 category

settlements with simple situation / rare building, small amount of underground communications, railway lines, lawns with separate trees, traffic circulation and pedestrians weak;

the intra quarter territories with building of simple configuration, rare network of underground and elevated communications, the small number of plantings and other elements of situation.

2 category

settlements with situation of average complexity / average building, difficult configuration of the layout developed by network of underground and elevated communications, railway lines, lawns with trees, transport and heavy pedestrian traffic;

the intra quarter territories with building of the simple configuration developed by network of underground and elevated communications, small amount of trees, or dense building with rare network of underground and elevated communications and large number of outdoor constructions, fences, trees.

2) updating of infrastructure data is carried out according to the prices of this table;

3) as a result of entering into the database of the state town-planning inventory of graphical and attributive information (digitization) the digital electronic map of settlements of scale 1:500, containing information layers about the location of structures, improvement and all engineering and transport communications according to the approved Regulating document on maintaining the state town-planning inventory is created (the order of the Chairman KDSZHKH MIIR RK of November 2, 2022 No. 201-HK).
